Who You'll Be Working With

My name is Bernie

A military service veteran of nine years in the United States Air Force until 2015.  While in service, he was charged with many personnel management functions such as mobility, records, performance management, and training and development.

 

Following the military, he took on a position as a federal contractor providing service and support to the same career field he served in.  Duties were vast with a great deal of analytics involved but ultimately was the federal/contract equivalent to a Human Resources Business Partner.

 

Auburn HR Services began in June 2022 but previously operated as 'Cobb HR Solutions' for over three years prior. Each supporting various small businesses and startups with their HR needs.

 

Bernie holds an MBA specializing in HR and is a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR®) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI®).

Stay in our lane

Auburn HR Solutions is ready and willing to take a seat at any table clients wish for us to sit at. Once seated, we will not step outside of our provided lane of business unless requested.

Confidentiality

Since access to personal information and possibly some proprietary business information is often shared for certain projects, NOTHING is shared with ANYONE outside of our agreement without written consent to do so from all parties involved.

Flexibility

We can alter course at any time! This may include changes to service terms or within HR projects assigned. We understand the changes in various markets and will do our part to support you at all times!

Avoid Conflicts of Interest

Avoidance of any conflicts of interest with regards to clientele is important. An example would include supporting two clients that are competing against each other. In any event, business strategies are not shared with other clients.
